Outer Limits 4x4 Board

had a temporary problem occur today. started the pajero to goto work, drove 500meters, and then the vehicle felt like it was running out of fuel. this lasted about a 100meters or so and then off I went again. could this be due to a blocking fuel filter ?

I've been putting some injector cleanerthru it of late, could this creat some issues ?
