recovery bags

OK, I am in the process of designing a recovery bag that will contain everything you may need when the time comes. Each piece will have its own compartment and be easy to gain access to.
Just want your opinions on a few details...afterall, its you guys that may well end up using them.
1) canvas or PVC. Canvas has the advantage of breathability, but dont see that being all important. PVC is 100% waterproof and easier to clean.
2) these are the things that I would include...if you can think of anything else that you think should be preserved a place let me know.
snatch strap
tree trunk protector
snatch block
2 x D shackles (or would 4 be better)
gloves
winch cable dampner
I am also thinking about making a bag that covers high lift jacks, as on most vehicles they are exposed to the elements and need oiling on a regular basis.
