PCD & offsetguide guide

Is there a comprehensive guide on the net for both car and 4x4 PCD and offsets? I found one about 2 years ago but don't think it is running anymore as I can't seem to find it now.
I have a rough one.... has a few gaps but I'll keep working on it.
