GQ aux tank

Post by EricB »

Hi

I have been told by some wreckers that the second fuel tank under the driver on a GQ is almost the same from a SWB to LWB.

Others have said they are different.

Can I put a LWB Aux fuel tank on a SWB?

Cheers

No chance.

LWB are much longer. In the LWB they go from the Transfer case (approximatly) all the way to just in front of the rear axle. for the SWB it is the same.

The difference between the two tanks is the difference in wheelbase between LWB and SWB......
