Outer Limits 4x4 Board

After a massive failure of any coolant flow in the GQ had it in to the radiator guy. When he pulled the water pump off one of the impeller blades fell out, who knows where the other ones are. Ended up doing the whole cooling system overhaul at the same time.

Replaced:
Radiator
Top & Bottom Hoses
Thermostat Housing
Thermostat
All drive belts

Yep common as mud.

When I was doing my apprensiceship we had to travel from The Sapphire Coast to Cooma. On the way home in my mates hottie HQ ute we were doing about 180 & the water pump shit. Fan went through the bonnet never to be seen again

It mage such a recket we thought we were dead

i had mine do that on my boat. i was skiing at the time and i realised something was wrong when the motor sounded different and was slowing down . thank christ its a chevy and i still got one year out of the motor
