Maxxis Mudzilla

Whe doesn't the maxxis site cover these (the 4x4 tyre, not the ATV mud tyre) It is very hard to find info on these tyres availability, specs, etc.
Anyone got info or links other thad obscure euro and US sellers?

I got sum forsale, they are great for offroad traction, very flexy and strong. But they wear fast onroad.
Wat do you want to use em for??? If its to be used onroad and you like that sort of directional pattern go the Mickey Thomson Radial Claws.
Please dont start a thread comparing claws to these though

Hi anthony, i replied to your other post about these, wonderin about these on the rover rims, but too wide methinks. What is best price without rims?

the tyres you replied about are the Buckshots, different tyre. I have a set of Mudzillas on nissan rims and Buckshots on rover rims.
I think the mudzillas would be ok on a 7" wide rim but def reccomend and 8".

Ah nope...sent you a more receny inquiry on another forum. 7" rims would never accommodate a 13.5 tyre, even the 12.5's are well beyond recommended for a 7". 33x15 recommend 8.25 minimum, 35x15 recommend 8.5+, but 8's would be ok.
If you were separating the 'zilla's, or sold them with the 7" landy rims for the right price, I would be interested (bearing in mind that freight will be my biggest problem)

Sorry the mudzillas are for 16" rim the rover rims are 15".

In regards to rim width guys. I had my 33x13.5R15 Mudzillas on 15x8 Sunnies with no drama's at all. I have since taken them off and put them on some ROH 15x7 mag wheels. In both cases, they worked incredibly well on and off road.
Just cause the "recommend" an 8.5" rim, doesn't mean you have to use one.

I got mine earlier this year. I called into the local Tyrepower shop (who i know quite well), and asked if he'd had any reports or info on them, and he said "Who?? I've never heard of them. Where are they from?" Which made me a tad nervous as i already had the tyres.
About 2 months ago a Maxxis sales rep paid him a visit, and now he sells bucket loads of Maxxis stuff. He's very impressed!!
As for more spec info, I found some on Maxxis quite a while ago, but you'll probly have to go into a shop and ask.
