Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I've got a 4Y in the old 85 lux. It's a gutless piece of shit, so what engines are compatable with the least amount of money being spent on mounting and stuff like that?

I've had a search and couldn't find that much info about doing it. A V8 is most likely going to be too much work/money so even something from a later model hilux would do the trick.

So what way would be the best in regards to an engine upgrade?
