Ive got a GQ Ute its running leafs all round. Now its pretty much stock atm and im pretty interested in starting to get it set up as a semi capable truck for gettin out bush.
Ive looked into the ol time fav the 2" body lift and other various suspensions lifts, I was looking for about 4" lift in total, but the option of a leaf over has been mentioned ot me aswell.
So what are some decent kits for a suspension lift say 2" MINIMUM is really what im after, cuase 35's would be nice to have on the truck down the track.
As im not to sure about the hole job can someone give me a short run down in whats involved, I know the leafs get placed on the top side of the Diff's as opposed to below them, but are there any parts that need to be fabricated or is there somewhere I can get a leaf over kit, it doesnt seem so hard to fit in myself.
Or do you guys feel that a 2" body lift a 2"+ suspension lift would clear 35's?
Pretty much just after the best advice for what I could do to fit 35's, these would be nice but ill live with 33's lol and what are the real PITA bits to get around while performing the change over to a leaf over setup.
Cheers
Rhys
