you missed jasons drive on the bumcrack on the weekend then...he smashed onto every rock possible at full noise and the tube sliders stood up to it perfectly....he is gunna be scary to watch when we do his exo for him.

32nb tube 4mm wall... however on a lwb you are better off sleeving the outer tube with 25nb tube....heaps stronger and shouldnt bend then.

i did these for him for $350.. heaps cheaper than having to replace panels.

if that's the case, why didn't you build your "MOON" buggy out of box section.

Just to be different I like a mix of square and round :D
Have made similar sliders for my Zook and my Lux.

You wouldn't have seen...you were too busy talking sh1t :finger:

He landed right down on the passenger side sliders. I know...cause I was about 2 feet from where he landed

Crazy mothe :bad-words: fark :bad-words:

All depends on the thickness of the tube wall and the positioning of the bracing.

He landed smack bang on the passenger side slider after trying to break the Earth's gravitational pull :onfire:

I know...I was sitting about 2 feet from where he landed. I remember thinking that there was no way in hell that he could end up that high on the cheek.

Just curious, has anyone any super strong side STEPS, not sliders. I have sliders and they are a bit tricky to use as steps - pretty easy to slip off them, just too thin to step on is all.

My Surf goes in for free 50mm tube sidesteps + checkerplate, i was tboned and a honda took out my sidestep, and being an import Toyota wants $735 for a sidestep, so i convinced the insurance company to pay for 2 new sliders/steps for $760 fitted
