Hilux Custom Winch Bar, Mounting Methods

Ive scored a warn 9000 pounder and now have the motivation i need to make my custom bar up,
Just curious to see what ways all your custom front bars are built, bearing in mind there will be a winch and recovery points built into it, so its not just a cosmetic enhancement.
I already have my ideas on how the finished product will look, just need to know whats the best basic structure for mounting the bar to the chassis should look like.
Also, i have a big peice of RHS across the bottom of the front memeber for the X-over, so the 4 bolts under there a now rendered useless.
All constructive help is appreciated, stupid responses are not.
