looking at buying a set of 15x10 chrome wheels with a 60/40 protruding ofset to go with 33i by widest i can get radial claw. so how will it afect my stearing and balance of my 80 series cruiser.

steering not stearing
won't affect it much as the 80 has a big offset std. it makes your turning circle worse, steering slightly harder due to scrub radius changes. slightly more wheel bearing load nothing to worry about (appart from track being illegal)
ok
