what shocks and springs can i fit into a swb vitara cheep

got a cheep vitra the other day looking to lift it what is a cheep and easy way of doing so eg what springs and shocks of another car can i use if anny? thanks i also have a sj413 mint with a spring over lifter shackles 1 inch body lift 31s on 8 inc white sopkes has a toyota 3t 1800 motor and 5 speed verry easy swap lots of power

Another hint...if you can't/won't use search
Look in the Vitara Bible - Its on Page 1 of the Suzuki section
There is a section on suspension in it.
