a mate told me of a attachment that they sell that is put on the motor side of the injectors and apparently gives a better spray for mixing. Has anyone heard of this and do they work. Do thay make a difference if any to justify the expense i think he said bout 250 (and i hope that is not per injector or there will be someone going bankrupt over the idea).
cheers
ps good work on tieing de-lux to my roof at cruiser

. Good laugh had by all except poor de-lux

That's just that vaporate crap. Here's a site specifically talking about it.
http://www.fuelsaving.info/vaporate.htm
I know that Repco are flogging the crap but on Repco's own cattledog in the fineprint it reads:
All claims and savings printed are based on information provided and supported by Vaporate. Please refer Vaporate for further information regarding savings claims
Typical Repco, handball any potential problems elsewhere.
Regards Andrew.

The theory behind Vaporate is that it heats the petrol just before it is injected into the engine, so making it evaporate more quickly.
a bit off topic, but i wonder if this could be good accesory to use if your trying to run veggie oil on a diesel engine, as apparently u need to preheat the oil??

diesel injectors are made of steel and bolted straight into the head, and inject straight into the combustion chamber; such a device would be more or less impossible in a diesel.
