Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have a good mate who owns a D21 Navara,and we were wondering if any of you out there have done a body lift on them at all.I seen one on the weekend which stood as high as my Hilux looked good too.Or even know how to or where to start on one to lift them up a bit.
