3L Head Question ...

I have a spare 3L Head, cam, intake manifold etc and wanted to know if its worth doing up ie. port and polishing etc is it worth getting a cam grind in diesels? - open to suggestions..

What sort of costs and performance increase would I expect on my 2.8D Turbo.

OR should I just sell it off and whats it worth?
