Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Has anyone made slider/steps for a 60 series just wndering if anyone has pics they can post to give me some ideas.I had some alloy body mounted ones that I removed for more clearence but now my girlfriend complains she can't get in.Any help would be great.What size tube/rhs & what wall thickness would u use.
