Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey everybody

Can anyone tell me where the idle mixture screw is located on the carby?
I know where the throttle stop is but cant find the idle screw.

Should be low on the base of the carb facing the rocker cover. Tho most have a tamperproof cap on them which u'd have to remove.
