i have dual transfers on my GQ and where the second gear stick comes through the floor it looks like it may interfere with my passenger seat and interfere with my passengers legs

so i was thinking of other ways to active low low range

maybe a solenoid? though i cant seem to find one to suit
pneumatic rams is another sort and i can't seem to find one to suit either though im prob not looking hard enough pneumatic ram seems alot to set as well

so any ideas whould be great guys
cheers

Pneumatic, using a stock rear locker actuator from a GQ rear diff. through an existing Arb set up.

Hydraulic using a clutch throwout cylinder, and clutch master with small lever through. or some sort of bleed off the power steering pump

Last resort, electric using a door lock motor.

Whatever you do, try to use stock parts from other areas of the vehicle

If your handy, make a cable shifter up. Even try and modify somthing off a bike?

With a cable shifter you could use an auto trans type.
With air you can have almost any ram length and diameter you need.
I just set up twin rams to operate the speeds on a rear mounted Milemarker hydralic winch from in the cab.

just remake the links outta flat bar and cut the cyclone nuts down. the hole thing becomes narrower and will fit through the whole.

they do fowel the seats.

or you could use a handbreak lever and cable and have a spring to keep it in high range. be neat and cost like $20
