ok im putting in mq diffs (mattsmad) on my NT zuke. i have a question i hope can be answered;

im running hilux rear springs in the front, and three link a frame rear. will i need to SOA the front? it is a cast front diff and im thinkin quite difficult to weld new perches too etc...

would it just be easier to coil the front aswell?

cheers
Evan

Mattsmad sold those diffs so he could go soa. So i imagine that they are sua.

I don't really understand the question?
SOA?
SUA?
or COILS
either way I'd say you will be welding, the long side won't be a problem. its not a cast tube, just the centre, like bazooked said.

if you need the height then spring over, if not leave it spring under.
don't coil it.
question asnwered maybe????

ok, the zuke is setup RUF with hilux rears down back sua... i want to coil the rear (for experimental purposes) and was wondering if i would be better off going soa front, because it seems the best way to go (redzook).

goes to show that no one is a mind reader...i knew axactly what i wanted to say but no one else seemed too.

should have specified

NT spring spacings will not work on a standard MQ front axle housing. You would need to be WT spacing on the front.

The rear diff can be modded easily to accomidate NT spacing if you so wished.

Ive done a fairly lengthy "HOW TO DO A SOA" in my members thread regarding MQ diffs..... but its an SOA on an MQ not a suzi..... principle is still the same tho....
