what size tube is used for hilux spring hangers???

I went to the local tube mill and tried all the steel for the shackel rubbers to fit up the guts of ,but to no avail.i'm going to make drop hangers front and rear so if any one knows what size it is please let me know .Its about 29-30mm but its corect size would be great.CHEERS

Im making new drop hangers front and rear and need to find the tube the shackle rubbers go into as i have shit loads of plate and RHS to make the side plates just need the tube. UNDERCONSUMSTUMBLE :!: :!: :!: :)

dont you just need new bolts repco sell greaseable ones for $9 each

or use your old bolt

If u need something that has an inside diameter of 29-30mm try some 32nb schedule 160 pipe. It has an outside diameter of 42.2mm with 6.35mm walls which means it should have a 29.5mm inside diameter ;) .

Or you could use a larger OD bush that would provide more flex than the standard Hilux ones.
