turbo questions

just a few questions , is there any spot i can look at to find out what type of turbo it is i know its a garret but not sure on the size ie:TO4 TO3 ect 2) where can i get a seal kit for it and is it hard to install or do i need to take it to someone last question and its probably a dumb one if there is oil dripping out the back of the turbo is it the seals that have gone??
