should be ok as long as it wont loose too much fluid in that distance......do you think it will still have plenty in it??

cut the power steer belt b4 you go anywhere, and take it to get the hose fixed and buy a new belt while you at it (deeerrrr).
we have had to do this with two different shorties out ormeau a couple of months ago.
PS steering will be harder

but beats the shit out of possibly damaging the box

If your really stressed, and really strong, just take the belt off the pump
(dammit anthony you beat me)
Could you not just take the belt off rather than destroy it? save yourself a few bucks....

BUGGAR ALL FLUID IN IT its spraying out just above the collar on the main hose outta the pump that goes down to near the chassis rail
did think of thakin the belt off but wasnt keen on driving it without power steering. live in unit complex and haveta go full lock to get out the garage.
will do it thou ! damn arms are gonna be sore ( they aint that huge

)

Don't delete it, i wanna hear how much shit he hits
It shouldn't be TOO bad. I had my power steer belt let go on the highway, gave me a scare, but i could manouver around fine. Though you've probably got much fatter tyres than me, and i didn't try parking.
Good luck

Had busted P/s in my rig when I picked it up... wasnt that bad and certainly not as heavy on the steering as a zook on 31"s.

the trick to driving without power steering is to turn your wheels as ur moving. even if ur moving just a little bit, its better than trying to turn your wheels while standing still. so keep some motion going as you turn. should make things a tad easier.
