In the middle of a springover on my 40 and I just wanted to double check the caster setting I should be aiming for. Its got standard springs, no body lift, 2in ext. shackles( I think) and will be running 35s. Im under the impression that I should be going for 1-2 degrees positive. Is this right or shoiuld I be going for more? After asking around some people have suggested up to 5 degrees positive (?) due to the bigger tyres. Just wanted to make sure as I like been able to steer! Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Cheers

When i did the flip arm to my 80 i set the castor at around 5 deg on my 80 and i think its a little too much as it some times gets the shakes at 60k's.. have asked around and they reckon this is from to much castor...

BTW i run 36's...

I reckon that 2-3 deg would be fine

Ive being doing some homework on caster myself as im going to rotate the knuckles on some 60s diffs i have for a project. From what i have learnt 3 degrees positive is about right, this is what ill be setting mine to anyway. Standard they are about 1-2 degrees i think.
