The 1990 Carb Vit is coming up to 200,000 and I want to replace all fluids.
I have done a search and couldn't find the amounts.
Can someone tell me the amount and type of oil needed for:
Front diff
Rear diff
Trans case
Gear box
(Obviously I will be doing engine and other servicable items)
If it makes any difference, it is not a comp vehicle and only see's tracks, no major off road.
Oh and can anyone tell me what the part number is for the front wheel bearings?
Thanks,

Hey, mine is nearing the 200 k mark also and i'm starting to wonder about the engine, although it still performs well..I do alot of driving for work so cant afford to have it drop its guts on me.
CAPACITIES
ENGINE OIL - 4.5L -API GRADE SF/CC SF/CD MULTIGRADE (I just use shell Helix 15w/50 or gtx2 20w/50
COOLING SYSTEM - 5L
FRONT DIFF - 1L - 75w-90 or 80w-90
REAR DIFF - 2L - as above
AUTO TRANS - 2.8L - dextron ii auto fluid
MANUAL - 1.5 L - same as diffs
TRANSFERR - 1.7L - same as diffs
POWER STEERING - Same as auto trans, not sure on capacity
These are from the HAYES manual (converted to metric)
Just ring the local suzi dealer parts dept for the bearing number.

Can I ask a favour???
I have an 88 Vitara, with a flat spot.
I suspect among other things that the vacuum pipes for the advance, idle up and and evaporation canister are mixed up.
They all come from three nipples close together in a triangle formation on the engine side of the carby, but all have pinhole ports at different levels inside the carby .
I have bought a factory manual and the Chiltons CD manual, and neither shows it.
So something like advance top back etc would be helpful.TIA
