Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi just wondering if anyone could tell me what it
might be it happens when its in 4hi or 4low at
about 20 plus kmh i thought it was a hub but it
sounds like its coming from the transfer case area
any info would be great

have you greased the front drive shaft?

Used to do that some times when I had it but I replaced the shaft with a new one. The old one would click and rattle when in 4wd or hubs just locked in and front shaft spinning.....

Try greasing the shaft and see if that fixes the noise.

yea, sound like the above, either worn front unis or sliding joint, mine both do it when hubs are in, greasing makes it a bit better, i'd still know if i left it in though...
