Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Sorry if this question has been posted and answered before, but my newly acquired zook is a stocky and i want to jack it up - can anyone give me some options?
Body lift, sprung over etc? i don't know what they mean...
Also rough costing and where i can get a kit or get it done around the (upper) north shore in sydney?

i am buying a body lift kit for my sierra off "gutless" pm him and speak to him about a 2 inch
