Sweet motor mate I love RB30

A mate had one in a VL dunny door and the only way it could be stopped was to burn it

Just needs rockhoppers

I almost brought one when I was looking for 4b`s before I found my RD2.8t

Throw an RB25 head on for more gains, Id estimate 120-130rwhp for a stock RB30 if its same as was in VL or Skyline NA.

870NM of tourque with comp, extractors and exhaust is impossible, dyno is not acurate, with that much tourque you should be able to fry tires on the tar,

What sort of computer you running? I have a carby RB30 and I am thinking of going to injection.
I need to give the head a once over first.

Hey bloke :)

I'm going to inject my RB30 one as well. I even have a complete engine out of a VL down at a wreckers waiting for me. I figured that I'd be better off this way in case there are all sorts of stupid little fittings, such as hoses or pipes, sensors or whatever else I come across that I'd otherwise have to fartarse around getting separately. Whole engine (bottom end fawked) - $250

Let me know how you do with the head.

PS - it must be time to catch up for an ale ya slack-bum ;)

Cheers
Chris
