Why do you wanna change the ct20 for a t25?

pretty much everything is different. the biggest problem is the exhaust flange is different (toyota is square, garrett is rectangular), you will probably have issues mounting the wastegate actuator once the turbo is clocked to suit the toyota orientation - it's nowhere near a bolt-in swap. but it is probably doable.

the CT26 is a lot bigger, way too big for a 2.4/2.8, and there is a lot of trim variation in both. not sure whether the flage size is the same or not.

I don't think there's a bolt in solution, no. turbo shops would be able to high flow your CT20, in fact it may well be possible to put a CT26 compressor wheel and housing on a CT20 which would make it move more air, or you could probably have the housings machined and garrett wheels put in there.
maybe ring around importers and see if you can get a CT26 with a stuffed turbine to see if you can swap the compressor side over?
