The head bolts are 8mm allen key type bolts but they are so tight that i keep either snapping the allen key or twisting the craper out of it. :bad-words:

Is there a special tool that i can use ? :?

The older (don't know about the latest) Kawasaki Jet Ski tool kit has an long 8mm hex that fits a socket nicely for the job. They were used for the cap screws holding the jet units in.
