4runner steering/handling poor

just brought a 4runner to do up, wasnt goin at the time i brought it so i didnt get to drive it.... the rear wheels stick out one side more than the other. when turning it understeers bad, does anyone know if it could just be the suspension worn out? or chasis bent or twisted?
anyone know a shop that i could take it to that knows what there talking about?

What rear suspension has it, if its coil and its lifted the panhard pulls the diff accross

The rear is the result of a 2" or so lift and the panhard rod is std, buy an adjustable one or tap a piece threaded rod into the std panhard and weld to the other end, and add a lock nut. :)

Check the front suspenson out something's not right, don't forget about tyre pressures ;)

its a 85 model, has a 308... i know it has been rolled, just dont want spend money on it if its always going to be like it, just trying to find someone to take it to, to find out why its doing it
