been to m&s driveshafts and they want $200 and i recon thats a ripoff

That sounds about right for lengthening, which is always more expensive.

acording to mesurments is actually 8.8" longer
a front shaft is slightly too long how much would it be to get one of them shortened any ideas ??

umm i ended up with the best part of a spare sheet after doing my rear floor and was planing on doing the guards in just flat alloymudtoy wrote:Definately cheaper to shorten a shaft...and where did you get the idea for the checker plate front guards?

im checking out the wreckers tomorrow someone informs me that a 3 middy front shaft is about the correct length i need so im gonna check the wreckers driveshaft stash out and see if he has anything that will bolt in to save me the hassle of getting mine rebuilt
