I've got a '92 ELIII F300 - doesn't appear on your list. All ELIII's I've seen are F300 too, not F310 as you've got listed.

All DX and CXi models are F300 narrow tracks too. They were the "base" models with no luxury items.

So what is the difference between a F300 and F310 then? I was under the (wrong?) impreesion that it was based on the years...

Narrow Track and Wide Track as far as i am aware or Feroza and FerozaII as they were called by Daihatsu.

The SX and SXP models were the only FerozaII models.

1993 was the introduction of the FerozaII model with the SXP. 1994 was kind of the "facelift" year with the introduction of new headlight an grill design for all models. With this Facelift the SXP became known as the SX.

Also the top of the line models were EL - EL II - EL III - SXP - SX, so they basically followed one after the other and replaced the previous model as they went so were never produced the same years except maybe when a model was phased out and replaced during the same year, again as far as i am aware.

Your list also does not include models such as the SPV, and from 94 onwards there were other F300 models aswell. Although i can't shed any light on them, maybe they might be some of the ones you've listed as F300's

F300 = narrow track
F310 = wide track

www.redbook.com.au is probably the best place to work out model designation vs year. Just ignore their standard equipment lists as it's all wrong and doesn't really help with what was standard on each model.
