Theory is if it off an 89' model Sierra, then it could have only come off a SWB and would have been a W/T, therefore would fit any SWB Sierra (81-4/96, not coily) and should fit your 91 Sierra without modification. However, brand is another thing, off the shelf only Out of Town (70l) and 4WD Systems (75l) made long range tanks for a SWB Sierra. Brown Davis might have but can't remember.

Going by your description, sounds like a Long Ranger (Out of Town) fuel tank and they are in Barnsley (Newcastle). The best bet would be to speak them and make the journey get them to fit it if it is their tank. Speak to Rick Black as he runs the fuel tank side of the business (49533288).
