MK Patrol Shock length?

Hi guys
Does anyone know the standard length/travel of MK Patrol Shocks? I need to get some new shocks for my patrol that will have 2â€

Mate save your bucks for now and get the springs and shackles happening first. The setup your after will require the top front shock mounts to be removed and raised because they are a limiting factor in even a standard MK!! Then if you know someone with a forklift you can use, lift a front an back wheel with it and measure the extended distance between the shock mounts to find the shock extension then measure the variation between the standard shock bump stop height to the new height.....

So i should just measure the extended length when i have the springs and shackles on and then get a shock that has a extended length the same or slightly longer, and then move the top shock mount accordingly untill it doesnt limit upwards travel?
do you have any rough idea on long the standard shocks are? (so i can get some approx quotes)
