Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Does a gearbox out of a 91 carbie vitara go into a 94 Fuel injected vitara?
Is there any tailshaft issues or electronics/wiring issues?
I'm asking on behalf of a vit owner.

This is in regards to a 5 speed manuals, both gearboxes are 5 speed manuals.
