Have you downloaded F300 Engine Workhop manual off the internet? That's got all the wiring diagrams on the last three pages. The link is on the WARFS site.

Here is the bit around the ignition switch.

Well this is off Subject but I don’t want to Blow up the board by constantly starting new threads so I figure I will just keep my questions here.
I just about have my Rocky on the Road again " Insurance and Plates" are the only thing left. As soon as I do get it legal again I would like to add a Snorkel. I’ve looked around locally and I haven’t found anyone that carries a snorkel or can order one so it looks like I’m going to have to fabricate my own. I was thinking on using thick walled 3inch PVC pipe as the snorkel and either modifying the existing air box to take out some of the bends or finding a replacement in the wrecking yard, “hopefully something I can find a K&N filter for”. Before I start cutting on my ride I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or warnings.

Don't worry 'bout starting a new thread.......it's actually better that you do !

PVC - Yuck !! - Looks tacky and unprofessional !! Try and keep your Rocky looking as normal as possible. It's not to hard to get someone to bend you up some stainless steel for a really neat looking snorkel.

PM Andy and Murray and Kent to see what they've done in altering their airboxes to make it fit.

Cheers

As Besty said go with stainless steel. Any exhaust place should be able to mandrel bend some 3" stainless exhaust pipe for you to suit.

Ok I guess I will Go with ether stainless or some other metal piping if I want to paint it. Now I need to know were in the hell do I find the Scoop to go on top of the pipe to dress it out. I cant Find anything for Snorkels anywere in town. I live in Louisiana ......we have Water everywere you would think someone else besides me would want to install a snorkel. I Have seen not one snorkel ...ever
Damn its hard being unique :?

Thanks to you all that have been answering my questions
I Havnt had much luck finding any info around here.
The attitude around here on 4x4 is spend lots of money and have someone else do the work Then most ppl never get their ride Dirty its all for show.I just dont understand ppls thought process.
why spend lots of money modifying your rig killing the gas mileage with oversize tires, making your ride prone to tipover by putting a 12inch lift under it and never putting it in the mud.
Ok let me get of my Soapbox and stop $itching
thanks again for answering a newbies questions

Louisiana should have an ARB Stockist ? :?

You should be able to get them to order you an Air Flow Ram for a snorkel !
