G'Day All,...Mike, Murray, Andy, Besty
Hey do you allow foreigners in on this group? This looks like an excellent place though I haven't quite figured out what I am doing yet.

It's good to finally see you on the board Kent. I expect lots of pics of your Rocky.......as you're the only other person with a SAS on a late model Daihatsu !
WELCOME

Ahhh.... so you're the Kent with the solid axle Rocky that I've heard about on the WARFS list!
By the way, of course foreigners are welcome!

It would be good to get some more on here to swap ideas- there are currently only a couple who drop in every now and then.
So have you got any pics of your Rocky Kent? And a list of the mods you've done?

G'Day All,
Thanks for lettin me on board. Bloody yanks...does that mean jerkoffs? Anyhooters I hope that I can contribute something worthwhile and didn't offend anyone with my off color humor. I don't have a list of mods but I do have a new front bumper and a big hole in the fender for a snorkle...first attempt didn't go too well. I did get a Detroit TruTrac installed in the rear. It is a geared limited slip, no clutch plates. Seems to work OK but I haven't tried it on anything difficult yet.
Thanks again for the positive invitation to the group!

I do listen to Dire Straights a lot and wear a Australia 4X4 Adventure Magazine hat that Mike gave me. An Aussie wanna be. No better people on earth as far as I'm concerned!
The Coast Guard just arrested some Cubans in a `52 Chevy pick up off the coast of Florida, US. They had lashed oil drums to the side and hooked up a prop to the drive shaft. Gave me BIG ideas on how to get to Oz
Murray,
I am trying to get my drawings and stuff together on the adapter plate. I will post it to the group as I need some feedback on the pilot bearing adapter.
Hey Heath...glad to see that you are around.
Manus,
I didn't look at this close and I thought that it said welkporn. Hmmm, I just join a message board and get invited to a members free porno site
Mike,
Thank you for the tips on the snorkle. I should order the mandrel bends next week.
