Just upgraded my points to a petronix ignitor on my 88 GQ carb

Want to change the leads and plugs. Looking for some experiences with different brands and setups

The repair manual states NGK BP5ES @ 0.8 - 0.9 mm

It also states 9-11 degrees advance @ idle

Can anyone explain the rotor buton extension mod ?

Cheers

As per my thread on Ignitor II conversion, I spoke to Michael at ICE Ignition re plug choice and he said the BP5ES would be better than the 6. The 6 may be a little cold.
