pivoting lights on roll bar

have noticed birdy and a few others have mounted their roll bar lights on a pivoting bar and was wondering exactly how it was done as i am in the process of building a lux and want to do this to mine. i am looking at using a pair of air rams but unsure as to what way i wanna go about it. any help or suggestions would be appreciated
