Bleeding the entire clutch system?

Any reason I shouldn't do this? Apart from the time it may take of course. I figure if I'm going to have both the slave and the master cylinders off at the same time, I may as well flush all the fluid out and start from scratch?

its recomended to change clutch and brake fluid evry 50,000ks or 24 months or something like that, so fresh fluid wont hurt it,

Not sure if I am stating the bleeding obvious (ha, pardon the pun!) but just a tip, there are two bleeding niples, one near the slave cylinder and one in the engine bay up on the passenger side mounted on the inner guard, start with the one inside the engine bay first then do the one near the slave cylinder, otherwise you will be there for a long, long time.
