Bigger tyres!
H/D drag link
H/D tie rod
H/D adjustable panhards front and rear
H/D adjustable upper and lower rear control arms
extended brake lines *steel braided if you can get them*
extended swaybar links
brake proportion valve will need moving
your rear shaft will prolly hit one of the cross members so that will need a slight mod *heat and belt*
rules with all cars ... modify one thing expect to modify 10 more things to make it work properly

Enjoy

What are you using the truck for? If its for rock crawling then leave the 3rd's arms as they are but if it is a daily driver and play machine then replace the bearings in the knuckle for rubber radius arm bushes. You may also need to brace the chassis mounts. I welded 5mm plate shaped to the inside of the chassis with a hole big enough for the tube that is welded in the chassis.

The fact that it's 7" over standard ...

talk to the person you hope to have pass the car before you do anything...
With all the RTA Rule Changes in the wind, it maybe worth asking about that too, as they are going to make things very miserable for most modded 4wds.
Remember you can fit 35's with a 3inch suspension and 2in body lift very easily.

everything unless the producer has been through the right channels and had their products certified by QDOT or RTA or the likes of them
also have to deal with bumpsteer problems engineer won't pass
and the fact its 7" over standard in qld you won't get it engineered
and no one will insure you dunno about other states
