have recently put 60 series power steer in my 40 but sorta stuffed up the steering box mount
im currently running a 75 series pitman arm on the box as it has less drop in it but i need one thats perfectly flat to clear my steering arms when its flexed up
anyone got any ideas on one that will suit

Would it be possible to get one made up out of some thick plate?????
Unless you can bend your current one flat (they're cast arent they?) or there is a truck that has a flat one as OE, Id say making one would be your best bet.

found a place in usa that custom makes them for $110 us biut much for my liking i can relocate the steering box to a more suitable location and get the old holes i drilled welded up for much less than that
i think ill stick with the 75 arm and move the steering box tilt it back slightly

Ive heated them up and changed the shape to what i needed and allow to slowly cool wraped in a fire blanket. Have done this heaps of times over the years and never had a problem. The arms are made from a forged steel which is a excellent material and very tough.
