G'day all,
I've got a mate who has just bought a toyota bundera, the problem is that once we try to tackel a steep hill the engine wants to die. he hasn't been to a mechanic yet coz he wanted to hear what you guys thought it would be.
Cheers
Adam

I'd also suggest fuel starvation. I assume its running on carbs?

a million things..
take to mechanic see what he says, then ask for thoughts on his answers.

I had the same problem with my bundera. There were two things wrong.
1. The float level was out.
2. The fuel pump was stuffed
Good luck.

Nick

It starts fine and runs fine until we get the nose up a real steep hill.

put a diesel in it. the 22R motor couldn't pull the skin off custard, even if the float level and everything else with it is spot on. and don't muck around. get a Chev 6.5 turbo V8. you know you want to.
