Its fairly normal.....2h's are reknown for it.
Since i turned my fuel up, it makes it more touchy, but you get over it and learn how to drive it properly.

Doesnt worry me I just lift foot off accelerator for a second and it stops jumping or I use the hand throttle
When my wife does it i just take the piss out of her over it

I have a similiar issue with mine however mine is so bad it will stall after stabbing the pedal and it has been suggested that an external dampener can be fitted to fix it
I believe some governors have it built in and some don't but a quick fix is to fit the dampener which costs around $150-250
Has anyone had one fitted or know about them?

Try fitting a heavier spring here, it will stiffen it up some pehaps it may be more acceptable. cheers
