fitting 35's and 32's

Ok
the truck is a 91 1hz troopcarrier
so the plan is to keep my 32 BF's for road and touring work, and to get a set of 35's for trips to landcruiser and wheeling.
first, does anyone have experience with fitting 35's under 3"of lift but no body lift. I'd prefer not to lift the body coz when the 32's go back on it will look like a skateboard, and will more expose the 2" shackles
If i have to lift the body (no probs doing that myself) can anyone recommend a fabricator in brisbane to lift the front and rear bars, or is anyone interested in doing the work.
is it possible to get shorter diff gears (4.11 land cruiser as standard), as it already hates hill starts. would shorter gears make the gearing wayyyy too low on road with the 32's? would the standard low range gearing be enough once i get off road with the 35s
I can't justify 1750 bucks for marks adaptors gears . but then again, the shorter diffs will prolly break me too. how much should i pay for new ratio diffs.
