Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have bought a Mazda RF Turbo Diesel with auto to put in my zook. By my calculations the transfer case is going to have to be moved back about a foot. Is the reasonable? If not, does anyone know of a suitable auto that is shorter than 900mm? I have spoken to Mark @ Suziworx and the setup he used was out of an english spec Vitara. Does anyong know how difficult it would be to mate the Oz Vitara auto to the Mazda RF Turbo diesel? What is the length of this auto?

If thats the 2l diesel , they run that in the Rscudo ( jap vitara ) so look for an auto boax out of one of these , may save a bunch of hassles .
