what to look for

Hi everyone
i have been lurking around here for a while now.
i currently own a landcruser discovery and its givving me the poo's. it's way to loud 100dBspl in the cab at idle and i'm not loking the nice little reminder it leaves on the driveway. i can get sound proofing but it's costly to do it properly and the noise level is important to me as its my job.
i am looking in to buying a patrol. is there anything i should look for when actually physically looking at the vehicle.
here's what ive found:
1999
gu patrol st
2.8 turbo diesel
133,248km
abs, srs X2
bull bar
price $22990
so any help/advice on what to look for would be greatly apprecieated
