Guys
I tried to sarch for Roll cages in this forum did not get much...
Have in mind to custom build very soon an internal roll cage for the disco.
Anyone has the camel trophy roll cage desing drawing....
My concern is that the roll cage be a- Safe and Bombproof and b-Not eat up a lot of space or cause discomfort during trails and off roads
Thanks

I know its not in a disco, but its close enough to give you an idea, i gave the bottom half of the dash the arss, and use all the cage to support the top dash, this seems to have stopped the dash from falling over when ya fart near it.
it goes around the back of the cabin to then provide the mounts for the harnesses. allthough it makes it very orkid to climb in n out with the side bars but it gives good side protection cause there aint much in those alloy skin doors when it comes to side impact

Thanks for the pics.
I am looking at a design where I can keep the truck as a 4 seater.
Anyone has drawing the Camel Trophy design....
Nadim
Yes you have a roll cage in that truck but again yours is a two seater which makes it easier to build.
By the way are these roll cages bolted to the chassis or to the cabin?

try searching for "safety devices" they make all the stuff for camel trophy etc and are uk based. they make internal, external roll hoops etc... bolt on or weld in
