Guide to making sliders?and other mods MK

i am after a tech guide to making a set of sliders for my mk, or where to buy them... and also what other mods should i do to my MK? i have 2" spring, 2" body, 2" shackle, setup to flex, 33" muddies, etc

excellent site bogged. It has the W. Australian Police Force bush
survival book in pdf form on the home page. Definatly worth having.

easy to make maybe a day in the pair if ya can weld and have a bender...
i remember a tech thread in general tech... it was for hilux ones but was good tech all the same, i think maybe drop bear or someone posted it.... do a search...

no bender or welder, i might be able to swap someone, so mechanical help for some made? i'm an apprentise mechanic
