Rocky rear leaf springs

Hi,

I have just put two new Kings spring sets in the rear of my F85 rocky.

The old springs packs also had an overrider spring with a handbrake cable mount attached.

The new spring packs doin't have this overrider spring.

Is it worth swapping the overrider spring over from the old packs or are the new spring packs ok as is? They should give better flex, etc.

Any thoughts? Thanks

By "overrider" I take it you mean a thicker flat leaf underneath the main pack?

If so, these only come into play with heavy loads- so see how it goes without one. You'll have fun trying to add it into the spring pack anyway (you'll most likely find the centre bolt in the pack won't be long enough, or the u bolts will be too short ;) )

Thanks for the input.

I'll ride themas is. I presume Kings have set them up to be right.

Interestingly, the new ones have one extra normal leaf anyway.

Cheers
